How do I receive my tickets?

How do I receive my tickets?

You purchased your tickets online
You can download your e-tickets via e-mail.

You purchased your ticket by phone or email
E-tickets will be sent to your email address.


Tickets can also be sent by post at your request. If purchased tickets cannot be delivered by post on time, you can pick them up at the evening box office at the various concert locations. Attention, the concerts start punctually. Avoid long queues at the box office and arrive on time.


Are the places numbered?

All our seats are numbered. Unless otherwise stated.

What facilities are there for accessibility?

Accessibility

We reserve the most suitable places for wheelchair users in the various concert halls. Ask for it when making your reservation (contact us via tickets@symfonieorkest.be or 09 292 75 57 Mon-Thurs 10: 00-13: 00).
The number of wheelchair places per concert is limited.

What do I have to do when I am late for the concert?

Latecomers

After the official starting time, it is no longer allowed to enter the concert hall. This is again possible during the intermission or -with the consent of the person responsible in the hall - at another suitable time during the performance.

Should I put my cell phone off during the concert?

Switch off your mobile phone completely before every concert.

Can I make a recording during the concert?

It is forbidden to make pictures, audio or video recordings during the concerts.
